Day 1

Airport transfer to Arusha town and drive to Lake Manyara National park. Although small in comparison to the other parks in the northern circuit, Lake Manyara is known for the unique tree-climbing lions and it’s abundant birdlife. Lake Manyara national park is also home to the first ever treetops walk way in Tanzania.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight in Lake Manyara.

Day 2

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National park, transiting through the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Serengeti is home to the great wildebeest migration when millions of hooves pound the endless savannah plains in search of food and water. Apart from the migration, Serengeti National park is abundant in resident wildlife including the big 5, Zebras and the small 5.

Enjoy afternoon game drive with picnic lunch.

Dinner and overnight in central Serengeti.

Day 3

Full day in Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.

Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

Day 4

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. Here you can expect to see a wide range of animals including lions, buffalos, rhinos, elephants among others.

Afternoon game drive with picnic lunch.

Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro or Karatu

Day 5

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro crater for full day game drive.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National park is known for large herds of elephants and other wildlife.

Enjoy afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight in Tarangire.

Day 7

After breakfast, depart for Arusha and drop off airport for departure.
